Every figure on this page cites Notification GH/V/269 of 2017 dated 12.10.2017. The Chief Town Planner's own index shows Part II, the Planning Regulations, re-notified on 03.10.2019 under GH/V/143 of 2019. The 2017 notification is therefore not the operative instrument, whatever became of the individual numbers. The figures here have not been withdrawn because nothing yet shows any of them moved — but a citation to a superseded notification is a defect in its own right, and the re-notified Part II should be read before any of these are relied on.

Twelve amendments to the Planning Regulations, none yet read
verbatim
Part II has been amended twelve times since it was re-notified, and none of them has been checked against the figures on this page: 15.01.2019 (GH/V/5 of 2019); 11.11.2020 (GH/V/174 of 2020); 20.11.2020 corrigendum (GH/V/181 of 2020); 16.12.2020 (GH/V/191 of 2020); 27.05.2021 (GH/V/46 of 2021); 18.11.2021 (GH/V/104 of 2021); 09.06.2022 (GH/V/67 of 2022); 13.09.2022 (GH/V/125 of 2022); 13.04.2023 (GH/V/86 of 2023); 06.07.2024 (GH/V/111 of 2024); 05.09.2024 (GH/V/325 of 2024); 21.09.2024 (GH/V/340 of 2024). They are published together by the Chief Town Planner. Two states checked in this sweep — Tamil Nadu and Kerala — both turned out to have stale published figures, so treat these as unverified rather than merely unconfirmed.
