50% maximum ground coverage. Between 200 m² and 500 m² the percentage is not banded — it is worked out by direct interpolation between 60% and 50%, so a 350 m² plot lands halfway.

On plots above 3,000 m² and up to 5,000 m², a further 10% ground coverage is allowed exclusively for car parking, ramps, stairs, lifts and building services, of which services may take no more than 3%. Above 5,000 m² the allowance is 15%, of which services may take no more than 5%.
