How many parking spaces must I provide?
Parking is allowed on any floor. Under no circumstances may parking floors, or provision made for parking, be used for any other purpose. Mezzanine floors and any floor partition are computed under FAR and counted as a floor.

On 12 ft and 16 ft roads, parking must fit inside the building

When sanctioning plans on a road of 12 or 16 feet, the Authority must ensure enough parking has been made within the building and that vehicles will not be parked on the road. The road-length provisions of Table 6 also apply.
