Building rules in Maharashtra

One set of regulations for almost the whole state — but NOT Greater Mumbai, which keeps its own DCPR, and not MIDC, NAINA, JNPT, hill-station councils, Lonavala or eco-sensitive regions. Basic FSI is a flat 1.10 everywhere; the width of your road decides how much more you may buy or load as TDR, not what you start with.
