FAR & floor area in Haryana

Floor Area Ratio is the total built floor area permitted on a plot, as a multiple of the plot itself. These are the rules that set it, and the ones that decide what does not count towards it.

How much floor area can I build on my plot?

FAR 2.2 (stated in the Code as 220%) for a residential plot of up to 60 m² in a core area — the most generous band in the state.
