Building rules in Uttarakhand
A hill state that writes the hills into the rules: almost every figure comes in two columns, one for the plains and one for the hills. Counter-intuitively the hills usually permit MORE ground coverage and LESS floor area — a wider footprint but fewer storeys on it.
