Building rules in Delhi

Delhi's building bye-laws deliberately carry no numbers — they defer coverage, FAR and setbacks to the Master Plan, and these are the master plan's figures. Small plots are treated generously: under 100 m² you may cover 90% of the plot and need no setback at all.
