Building height in Delhi

Height is capped twice over: by the regime the plot falls under, and by the width of the road that reaches it. The lower of the two governs.

How tall am I allowed to build?

The maximum height of a residential building is 15 m on plots without stilt parking and 17.5 m on plots with it. Such a building is expressly NOT treated as a high-rise, though the individual plot owner must still obtain Fire Department clearance for fire and life safety.
